About Me

Up until a few years ago, I thought running was the optimal way to get toned. At age 26, I felt “in shape” and “healthy” because I could run 8 miles, but I was unhappy with my physique. I am 5’4″ and at the time, I weighed 138 lbs and had 25% bodyfat, which is considered “average”, but, having been an athlete for most of my life (14% – 20% body fat is considered “athletic”), I was certainly not satisfied with these numbers.
